I saw 5 replies in my yahoo personals box, but when i went home and logged on again they dissapeared

I feel scammed or cheated by yahoo because i paid a lot of money for personals, built a relationship with people, and then the replies simply dissapear. this happened once before, and after refreshing a bunch of time, the missing reply showed up, thank god, because it was an important girl. yahoo personals is far too expensive to have such shoddy service. there should be a help desk on there, but i found none, and i have no one to appeal that my comments are gone. i also have proof in my yahoo mailbox that i was sent something by people, yet when i enter the personals, the notes are not updated. only old replies show themselves. this is a disaster, and i feel like goingto my credit card company and blocking payments to this poorly hosted service.

I have the exact same problem with Yahoo PERSONALS. I signed up in late May and now I don't see the chain of replies to my messages, nor my original messages to other members. I sent an e-mail to a new contact and I don't know if they got the message or if it even made it out of my account. Others who corresponded with me also lost messages - this really stinks. I'm calling my credit card and asking for a reversal of fees. and there is no helpdesk or customer support on top of it all - THIS REALLY STINKS!!!!
